His Worship held that a prims, fade case had been made out, and both accused were committed foi; trial to the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed in £20 in eaoh ease. At the Mount Cook Police Court to-day, before Mr. T. S. Lambert, J.P., Everland Butler was declared an habifiualdrunkftrd, and was fined 40*. the alternative being fixed at one month's imprisonment.
