An interesting , suggestion was made at a meeting of the West Coast Associa^ tion. at the Hotel Ceoil this <• week. This was that monthly meetings should be held at which surviving pioneers of the West Coaet should be invited to give reminiscences of the early days on the Coast. The proposal met with unanimous approval, and a committee was set up to carry out the idea. .The first meeting will probably be held in- a fortnight's time, when the Hon. R.
