ELTHAM, This Day. Nearly twenty youths came before Mr. Kenrick, S.M., for failing to comply \vith the Defence Act. Four were given the opportunity to make up arrears of service ; bix were fined 10s, with costs 7s: two were fined 20s, with costs 7s; and one 40s, with costs 7b.
