CLAIM ON P.N.
Before Dr. W Arthur, S.M., at the Magistrate's < Court to-day, H. W. Davies and Company, plumbers, of 139, Adelaide-road, claimed, the sum of £16 from Mrs. G. S. Hume, of -Wellington, in respect of a promissory note drawn by her husband, E. Hume. The defence was that there was, no notice of dishonour, Mr. E. J. fitzgibbon appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. T. Holhiden for defendant.' Decision was reserved.
