affi.. T. EEECE IN TOWN. At the Dominion Club last evening Mr. T. Eeece, the noted English professional billiardistj played an exhibition game with Mr. -P. Gomer, conceding 360 in 750 up. Mr. Gomer led off with 48 and 44 in succession. Mr. Recce's first contribution was 61, followed by 167, when he failed at a difficult winning hazard at the top of the table. His next score was 85, consisting 1 chiefly of a brilliant series of nursery cannons round the top of the table, breaking down over a rather soft shot. With breaks of 52, 117, and 81 in consecutive cues, he ran out, winning by 209, with Mr. Gomer at 541. There was a large attendance, among those present being Sir James Carroll, Hon. F. M. B. Fisher, and other legislators.
