[BT TELBGBAPH — PSESS ASSOCIATION.] AUCKLAND, 29th August. His Honour summed up. to-day in a case in which two charges of burglary were preferred against James Grant. After three hours' retirement the jury brought in a verdict of guilty on both charges. Prisoner wub remanded for sentence.
