REPRESENTATIVE RUGBY
The representative match North Island Country versus South Island Country, on Saturday, promises to bo a very interesting game. The North Island team, which hats put up a very creditable performanceduring its tour of the South Island, arrives here to-morrow morning. The South Island team's play against the Wellington representatives yesterday t was full of promise, and there are indications that the two teams on Saturday will be very evenly matched. Both teams appear to be of higher quality than those oflaxt year. The annual representative Rugby fixture between the Wellington and Wairarapa Schools will be played as a curtainraiser on Athletio Park. The selection of the local team has been delayed owing to bad weather, but this afternoon a selected team of city boys will play a Hutt Valley team, after which a fifteen will be chosen, representing the Hutt and city schools to play on Saturday.
