(BY TBLiaBAPH— SPKCIAL TO THB POST. 1 * DUNEDIN, This Day, A ballot is now being taken in Dunedin among the 1600 members of the General Labourers' Union to determine whether they shall, join the United Labour Party. The result will be announced early in August.
