WRITING ON THE WALLS TO THE EDITOR.
Sir,— Ptiohc conveniences are the places vvhare the ttoganerates are allowed to deface the wall 9 with disgusting writing. I have seen a number of such places, and would suggest that all the inside walls be in some wuy roughed, co as to prevent the wretched people from writing thereon. — I am, etc.. PROTECT THE JUVENILE.
