TOWN BOARD MEETING; The monthly meeting of the Upper Hutt Town Board was held last evenings There ■were 'present: Commissioners G. Benge (ohairman), R. Quinn, W. BurroU,' P. D. Davis, J. Harrison, and R. H. Webb. Leave of absence was grunted to Commissioner Gibbons, who recently left on a holiday visit to England. The Health Inspector reported one case of diphtheria in the borough.
