TOWN BOARD MEETING; The monthly meeting of the Upper Hutt Town Board was held last evenings There ■were 'present: Commissioners G. Benge (ohairman), R. Quinn, W. BurroU,' P. D. Davis, J. Harrison, and R. H. Webb. Leave of absence was grunted to Commissioner Gibbons, who recently left on a holiday visit to England. The Health Inspector reported one case of diphtheria in the borough. He 'reported unfavourably on the Banitary condition of the dwelling in question, 'and 'the suggestions embodied are to Jae gives effect to.
