Hib time was 10 4-ssec. Stewart (Australia) was beaten in the second round. RELAY RACE. AMERICA DISQUALIFIED. (Received July 9, 10 a.m.) STOCKHOLM, Bth July. There was a sensational incident in the semi-final of the 400 metres Rfelay Race. 1 America beat England by three yards, but was disqualified owing to Wilson, in taking the pass from Deloite, overrunning the mark by a metre.
