Messrs. Harcpurt and Co. ■will sell by auction, at their rooms, Lambton-quay, on Monday next, Ist July, at 2.30 p.m., under conduct of the Registrar and by order of the mortgage© a thixty-acre dairy x farm situated at Karori. There is a feix-roomed cottage on the hind. On the following day, also at thoir rooms, the same auctioneers will submit a fourroomed property known as No. 124. Daniel-street. On Thursday the firm will hold a furniture sale at their rooms, commencing at 2 p.m. On Wednesday, 24th July^ the firm will sell twa properties situated in Camp-road, Lower Hutt. Lyons's livery plant, landaus, horses, etc. Messrs.
