Messrs. Harcpurt and Co. ■will sell by auction, at their rooms, Lambton-quay, on Monday next, Ist July, at 2.30 p.m., under conduct of the Registrar and by order of the mortgage© a thixty-acre dairy x farm situated at Karori. There is a feix-roomed cottage on the hind. On the following day, also at thoir rooms, the same auctioneers will submit a fourroomed property known as No. 124. Daniel-street. On Thursday the firm will hold a furniture sale at their rooms, commencing at 2 p.m. On Wednesday, 24th July^ the firm will sell twa properties situated in Camp-road, Lower Hutt. The firm also insert an amended list of city and suburban properties for private sale and a number 'of dwellinghouses, both furnished and unfurnished to let. Messrs. Gualter Dykes and Co. advertise grazing and house to let at Tavra Flat, hall, shop and dwelling, Mkamar, and sundiy dwellings available for tenants. "*" A. L. Wilson and Co. advertise auc tion sales they are holding during the week. On Wednesday, commencing at L3O o'clock, they wiJl' conduct th© weekly sal© of furniture at their rooms, 26, Brandon-street. On Thursday, also at their rooms, at 11 a.m., they will offer 14 cases of English enamelware. At Lyons's Livery 'Stables, Abel Smithfttreet, at 10.150 a.m. on Friday next, they will sell, under instructions- from the mortgagee, the whole of Meesrs. T. P. Lyons's livery plant, landaus, horses, etc. Messrs. Miller and Rutter insert revised list of city and suburban property for sale j also a small freehold dairy farm for immediate disposal as a going concern. The firm publish a list of houses, offices, jand shops to let.
