His Worship delivered judgment in the ca&a of the employment of Johnstone, tho judgment applying to the other two oases. The defendants, &uid his Worship, wore cabinetmukors, and parties to tho Wellington furniture trader award Tho men were working at the_ Adelphi Cafe, removing partitions, repairing the door, etc. Most of tho export evidence showed that either carpenters or cabinetmakers could do thi& work, bat the v eight of. ovidence was clearly thut it was curpeuters 1 work.
