TERRITORIAL PARADES
RESULT OF A CONFERENCE. At a conference of military officers trnd delegates of sports bodies held last night it was decided that, in order to interfere as little as possible- with outdoor eport the Territorials ehould parade on the following dates:— 2lst and 26th September, sth October, 2nd # and 9th Nov ember (Garrison Artillery camp), 11th January, sth and 12th April (Fifth Regi. ment camp) and 3rd May. Tho Oamp dates noted ar© eubject to the approval of district headquarters. The sports bodiea wore represented by Messrs. Martin Luckie (Wellington Cricket Association), J. E. Widdop (Wellington Rowing Association), Chades Cfithio (Wellington Hockey Association), J. M, Barclay (Wellington Lawn Tennis Association), J. 1 ? . Atkin* (Wellington Centre of the New Zealand Swimming Association), H. M'Keoweu (Wellington Football Association), and K. 0. Rales (Wellington Rugby Union). The officers present were : — Lieutenant-Colonels Turner and Courtenay, Majoi« Meuzico, Cowles, and Beere, and Captains Gibbc and Roach.
