LOSS OF THE OCEANA RESULT OF ENQUIRY CHIEF OFFICER BLAMED. By Telegraph.— Prest Association.— Copyrlgtit. (Received June 26, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 25th June. The nautical enquiry regarding the loss of the P. and 0. liner Ooeana, through a collision with the German barque Pisa, qua, off Beachy Head, on 15th March, has concluded. The verdict of the Court was that the loss of the steamer was duo to the chief officer attempting to cross tho bows of the barque. The master and chief officer were severely censured.
