A large crowd . of unemployed men gathered outside the Labour Bureau toany, and' v one speaker, af tor attacking the Government for its treatment of men out of Mork, declined a police invitation to "move on," and was arrested for riotouß behaviour. The vacancy was immediately filled by another orator, and yet another, until seven wore arrested.
