Hogg and A. H. Vile (members of tho Education Board), CL L. Stev.-arfc (secretary of tho Education Board), and Spencer (editor of the School Journal). ' Speeches of a, congratulatory nature were made by " Meters. Buchanan, Hogg, and Vile, and the former declared the school open. The Building «as eracted at a cost of £550, the contractors being Messrs. W. Benton and Son, of Featherston.
