The Court of Appeal has sustained the sentence of three months' imprisonment passed last month on Enrico Malatesta, for libel. [Malatesta, a prominent militant Anarchist, who has been thrice sentenced to death, and who was connected with the Houndsditch murderers, libelled one Belliili by alleging that the hitter was an Italian police spy. When he has tervedi his sentence Malatesta will be deported.]
