<» . Something like a famine has been experienced by the State Coal Department in Wellington. Supplies have been.delayed on account of the bad w.eather on the West Coast blocking loaded stem-, ers from getting out. However, some relief is now at hand, as the collier Komata arrived this afternoon and the Komona and Poherua are due this evening with full cargoes of coal.
