CANADA AND AMERICA.

COMMERCIAL ANNEXATION. TAFT'S LETTER A BLOT ON AMERICAN TRADITIONS. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 6th May. It was painful to have all the Presidential candidates supporting such an absorption. President Taft's letter was a blot on the high traditions of American foreign policy.
