Butter — The market ia dull and unsettled, but lower prices are encouraging business. The average price for the -week for choioent New Zealand butter per owt, is 109 a, Australian 105«, Argentina 105b, Daulbh 119s, Siberian 107b. Cheese— The market is slightly weaker, with less demand. The average price for the week for linest New Zealand cheese per owt ia 1Q&. Hemp — The market 16 quiet, but steady. Now Zealand quotations are Unchanged, v'i7. : — All positions — Good fair grade, £21 10s to £21 15s; fair grade, £20 per ton. Tha market is firmer for Manila.
