The next best despatch for Continent ot Europe and United Kingdom will be via Brindisi, clobing at Wellington, per Moeraki, on Friday, 3id May, at 3.30 p.m. The next best despatch for Canada, United Btates of America, Central America, West Indies will be via Fiji, Fanning Island, Honolulu, and Vancouver, closing at Wellington, per Main Trunk train, Thursday, 9th May, at 10.50 a.m.; late fee at Chief Post Office 11.5 o-in. ; late fee at mail van at 11.50 a.m. Mails for Canada, United States ot America. Central America, West Indies, United Kingdom, and Continent ol Europe, via FIJI, Fanning Island, Honolulu, and Vancouver, close at Auckland, pt Makura, Friday, 10th May, at 1.30 p.m. Money orders for abroad must be obtained two houvb before the advertised time of closing mails. All books and sample packets and newsnapers for places within the Dominion must be posted half an hour before the ordinary letter mail closes. Unless otherwise specified, registered letters and parcels-post packages must be handed in and money orders obtained one hour before the ordinary mall closes. All the principal mails by tram and steamer close at Te Aro and Courtenay-place Post Offices at the hame hours as at the Chief Foßt Office, with the exception that there ii> no late-fee clearance, and that mails by the Ferry steamers for Southern Offices close at 6 p.m. D MILLER.
