ANNUAL REPORT. ' The 13th annual report of Sharland and Co., Ltd., for the period ended 29fch February, shows that after malting the usual provision for bad and doubtful debts and depreciation, tho net profit for the year, inclusive of £409 earned forward, amounted to £7002, from which the' directors havo placed £2000 to reserve fund, making that fund £13,500, # and they recommend the appropriation of the balance a« follows: — Dividend 7j per cent., £4351; carry forward £651. Thanks are accorded tho officers, Btaff, and other employees of tho company "who have worked so zealously during the year."
