THE NEW THEATRE.

Messrs. MacMahon and Donnelly's continuous picture entertainment at The New Theatre, Manners-street, enjoys unabated popularity. The day sessions are well- attended, and in the evening crowded attendances' continue td be the yule. The cm-rent bill ie full of interest, and well diversified. Theee pictures will be shown for the last time to-day and this evening. To-mor-row there will be an entire change of programme, PARIS PICTURES. 1 The 'Paris Picture Theatre continues to be a popular place of entertainment. The pictures maintain a high standard, and are arranged to suit all tastes. The current programme includes many interesting films, including a star item entitlpd, "Girl From Out.Back," a thrilling ■ story of Australian life. . STAR THEATRE. To-night there will be a complete change of .programme at the Star Theatre, the star attraction being a. sensational film in three spools, entitled "Crime and the Criminal." Other subjects to be screened are, " Mr. Bunny," "In a> Vapour Bath," "No Smoking Allowed!" and "At the Hour of Three." The Star orchestra will render appropriate selections throughout the evening. MISSIONS TO SEAMEN. There was a good attendance at the mission last evening, when a concert arranged by Mr. (Jardaer was. given. It was contributed to by the following: Misses Jones, D. Jones, Cunningham, Miss and Mrs. Glasson, Messrs. Culverwell, Mason, and Austin. Mr. F. S Shell, who presided, gave. a shout temperance address and Mr. Bates contributed a ventrilocjuial " turn." Several mouth-organ selections by Mr. 0. Burg (s.s. Mana) were highly enjoyed. Hearty votes of thanks were given Mr. Gardner and the performers. KILBIRNIE RINK. The Kilbimie Rink continues to bewell patronised. A mile handicap race for gentlemen is set down for Saturday evening next. ■
