WATER DIVINING AT INVERCARGILL
INVERCAEGILL, 23rd ApriL At the invitation of the Invercargill Town Council, tie Eev. H. Mason, the water xtiviner, is at present paying a visit to the town. The object of Mr. Mason's stay is to see if he can discover sufficient water underground to warrant the extension of the present deep-well system of water supply. Yesterday and to-day Mr. Mason has made remarkable discoveries of great underground supplies of water in many parts of the town, and his work will probably lead to the introduction of a most complete supply. The use of his "uncanny" powers is creating much interest. ' x
