GREATER EXPEDITION URGED. [XT TfiLZQEArH — PiSESS ASSOCIATION.} NAPIER, This Day. - Mr. J. V. Drown, M.P., interviewed the Hon. W. D. S. Mac Donald, MiuLster of Public Works, on tho latter patsing through Napier yesterday, to urge greater expedition' in the prosecution cv work on the Kaet Coast railway. Mr. Brown pointed out that at the present rate of pio'tjress it would probably be ten years before the first section was completed. The ■ Minister promised to give the matter.attention. Mr. Brow v also urged the necessity for speeding up the express train iiom Napier 'to Wellington by cutting out Miiall stopping placet. Mr. Ma«Dcnald said he recognised the need for this.
