FIGHTING IN TRIPOLI. TURKISH COMMANDER WOUNDED. By Telegraph.— Press Asbociation.— Copyright. CAIRO, 9th April. Edhem Pasha, the commander of the Turkish forces at Tripoli, has arrived here wounded. He hopes to return to Tripoli shortly. Meanwhile Nazim Bey is in command. Edhfin Pasha states that., 200,000 Arabs are assisting the fore© of 10,000 Turks. The Arabs are iired with a. feeling of implacable revenge against the Italians, and consequently take very few prisoners. The Italian poMtion at Tobruk is said to be a difficult one, owing to the artesian wells, heing poisoned. <
