The appeal of Frederick Henry Seddott against his conviction for the murder ot Eliza Barrow, whoao property he controlled, wa« dismissed. Mr. Marshall Hall, K.C., made a W. hours' speech in support of the appeal. The Court stated that there was anrallp evidence that Mi*s Barrow died from arsenical poisoning, and that, in view of her hasty burial and other iacirlien*"tho jury's verdict was justified.
