FIRE AT INVERCARGILL.
[HI TEIJSefijU»S— "PBESS ASSOCIAXIOM.] INVERCARGILL, This Day. A fire occurred last night in the implement works of Searle and Co., and the Engineering Company whose works adjoin, but it was promptly suppressed. Searle and Co. were insured in tbe Royal for £750 and their loss ;s; s estimated at £5150. The Engineering Company is insured in various offices for £2750, but its loss is only partial.
