The large towns may not feel the hardship of the diaadvantages of not being able to reinstate playem who have broken their amateur status, but I can assure you that unleee something 13 done, and that very fioon, Rugby will be tailing a. back Beat, whereas my union is assured of two teams at Icaafc coming back to Rugby if given th<? opportunity. This is an ' urgent case' —urgent cases need urgent remedies, and it is to be hoped that the authorities will deal with this matter as the circumstances warrant."
