The Commonwealth Government has informed the Western Australian Government thai; it is prepared to bear a proportion, of the cost of any search for the overdue Adelaide Steam Ship Company's eteamer Komnbdna. The Western Australian Government .replied that? everything possible is being done. The steamers Bullara aud Una have been despatched . to make a epeciai search. Several luggers will examine the coast also.' Men have been sent along the coastline to explore the foreshores from the land. The Federal Government has instructed the trawler Endeavour 'to .proceed, from the Australian Bight to assist in the search.
