GOLF.
To-morrow afternoon the Hutt Golf Club opens its 1912 season, and a mixed foursome competition has been arranged for the occasion. The draw is as follows : —Tread well and Miss G. Foster play Wills and Mrs. H. Rose; Allan and Mrs. J. Rose play Manning and Mrs. Bridge; Schmidt and Mis 6 Parsons play Murphy and Miss Stuart-Forbes; Kirk and Miss Wilson play Abbott and Miss Foster; Williams and Mrs. Gordon play Wynyard and Mrs. Murphy. The remaining players will be drawn to-morrow. The course is eaid to be in excellent order, and there are now eighteen holes, five new ones having been added. Invitations to take part in the ceremony have been extended to the other clubn. and,aftev the matches have been played afternoon tea will bo given in the golf house.
