A GERMAN FINED, By Telegraph.— l'ress Association,— -Copyrighk, (Received March 28, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 27th March. Franz Winzen, a German, was fined £50 for endeavouring to induce velvet embossed workers at Leeds to disclose trade secrets.
