EXPECTED SURPLUS. COAL STRIKE AfFeCTS REVENUE. By Telegraph.— Press A bsociafcion.— Copyright. LONDON, 26th March. It is expected that the year's surplus will exceed £4,000,000. Mr. C. F. O. Masterman, Secretary to the Treasury, speaking in the House of Commons, said the coal strike had substantially influenced the revenue, and might completely change the Budget.
