REBELS IN MEXICO.
♦ RIVAL FORCES DRAWING TOGETHER. BRISK SKIRMISH. By Telegraph,— Press Association.— Copyright. MEXICO CITY, 24th March. The Federal and rebel forces are converging on Escalon, a small town in the south-east of Chihuahua State. An advance guard of a considerable force of Federals encountered the rebels in the neighbourhood, and a brisk skirmish followed. ' General Orozco, the rebel leader, declares he has 3000 defenders ready to give battle.
