Watt, State Treasurer, refused to issue a liquor license for premises at Edgarton, near Wonihaggt. The matter was taken to Court, and a mandamus calling on him to issue a license obtained. Mr. Watt still refuses to issue a. liceneo on the ground of high public policy. Ho says he does not think the Judge can compel him to issue a license.
