(Received March 25, 11 a.m.)' MELBOURNE, This Day. The Federal Defence Depai"tment states that there are 20,000 boys who have not registered under the Defence Act. The Minister for Home Affairs (Mr. King O'Malley), declines to allow a search to be made of tho census cards, on the grounds that the information was obtained nnder a pledge of secrecy.
