"MONTE CARLO" WELLS
EXTRADITION. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright. LONDON, 20th March. "Monte Carlo" Wells and the woman Peris have been ordered to be extradited. [The couple were arrested at Falmouth aboard the yacht Excelsior. They are charged with committing frauds at Paris by inducing people in all parts to invest 3,000,000 francs, with the promise of a return of 1 per cent, daily. The male prisoner declares that he thrice broke the bank at Monte Carlo.]
