OPENING OF PARLIAMENT. By Telegraph,— Presß Association.— Copyright. ADELAIDE, 20th March. Parliament was opened to-day. Mr. O'Loughlin was appointed Speaker. The Governor's Speech was purely formal. An Appropriation Bill was passed through all stages. It is the same that was rejected last session, except that the items* for brickworks and timberyards were omitted.
