SEIZURE OF FRENCH VESSELS

The dispute has brjen settled between France and l Italy which was occasioned by the seizure of French vessels. ' (Received January 27, 1 p.m.) PARIS, 26th January. It is officially stated that the FrancoItalian incident has been settled. The steamer Carthage conveys the Turkish doctors who were aboard the Manouba, stopped by the Italian authorities, to Marseilles.
