BANQUETTED IN RUSSIA. DRAWING THE. ENTENTE CLOSER. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright ST. PETERSBURG, 26th January. A banquet .was tendered at the Erabasßjr to the' visiting members of the British Parliament. The Premier (M. Kokovtaoff), all the Ministers, and many members of Council of Empire Duma were present. The Right Hon. "Thomas Buchanan, M.P., in toaeting the Czar, said the King had commanded him to express a hope that such visits would draw the entente closer. M. Kokovtaoff made a cordial reply. TSAR RECEIVES THE DEPUTATION IN AUDIENCE. PUBLIC ' ENTHUSIASM. (Received January 27, 10 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 26th January. , The Tsar received the deputation in audience at the Palace, and afterwards dignitaries of the court entertained them at luncheon. The public everywhere ie receiving the deputation with marvellous enthusiasm.
