REBELS MOVING ON PEKIN. WARSHIPS AND STEAMERS CHARTERED. By TelegrmU.-rreM ABMclatlon.-Copyrlßbt. PEKIN, 10th January. The troops at Hi have burned the Tartar General's Yamen. Many Manchus at Kuldja have been killed. The Republicans are destroying" the Pukau railway, 100 miles from the southern end. Advices from Shanghai state that the revolutionary authoritie sat Nanking have ordered their forces towards Pekin. Ten warships in the Yongtse and ten Shanghai steamers have been chartered to carry a portion of the troops northward by oca before tho northern rivers become frozen. An advance by land is likewise probable. 1
