The County Prosecutor, Mr. Baker, asserted that Detective foster wae aa employee of the National Erectors', Association, and was interfering with him. t ' Baker dragged Foster before the Criminal Court Judge demanding pr<* tection. The Judge rebuked Baker, who then snatched a club from a policeman, and threatened Foster, but the police interfered. Baker has been ordered to answer « charge of contempt of court.
