THIRTY THOUSAND IMPERIAL TROOPS. TURN REVOLUTIONARIES. MARCH ON NANKIN. By Telegraph.— Press Association.—C opyright. (Received November 17, 9.30 a.m.) PEKIN, 16th November. The consuls report that 30,000 of the Imperial troops at Hanchau ha/ye rebelled, and are now marching on Nankin, after defeating a body of Nankin and Chinkiang troops at Cliinkiang, on the left bank of tho Yangtse. YUAN SHIH-KAI TO FORM A MINISTRY MEMORIAL TO THE THRONE. IN FAVOUR OF* A REPUBLIC PEKIN, 16th November. General Yuan Shih-Kai will form a Ministry to carry on the. Government, with the support of as many provinces as possible, allowing the remainder to ■retain their independence for the time being. An endeavour will bo made to gradually win back their allegiance to tho Throne. Tho Chihli Assembly resolved to memorialise the Throne in favour of a republic, with Yuan Shih-Kai as Prcisident. ' ,
