DRIVEN OVER THE BALTIC SEAW, By Telegraph.— Pms Aisoolttioft.— Copyright^ (Received November 16, 8.5 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, 15th Nov. Two French aeronauts, MM! Bie4Jam* and Rumpelluber, attempted a balloon journey from Compiegne, France, to 8U Petersburg. A gale drove them over the Baltio Soa, and forced thorn to land at Courland. They covered' seventeen hundfcdd kilometers (1056 7-10 miles) in sixte*a and a half hours.
