The rebels have attacked the local troop* which are fleeing towards Hankau. It ir feared that a state of chaos in the currency will follow the destruction of the Treasury which' supplied Wuchang, Hankau, and Hangyang jvith notee. [Chang.Kao-Yuan was a native of Anhm. He waa appointed a general in the SzeChuan province in 1902,]
