' , Among the narcissi in the open class I Jbbere afe seme especially fine blootng, j ftkough the competition is limited. t The mt»b ptiis for a collection of narcissi of ) «0t more thtui fifty varieties went to R, iGibson, Tafanaki; the second to A. { (Booth, Carterton ; and the third to A. J, Hobos, Lower Hutt.. A Booth secured . •^rst prize for six varieties of trumpet 1 ■Mareissi, and F. VVeslbury second. Among ; .the other classes of the same flower, A. j 'Booth secured six firsts and three seconds ; , "A. J. Hogg) three first and three < seconds j and F. Westbury, two firsts and! ■five seconds. 1 Mrs.H, D. Gordon was awamea a Brsb j prize for her collection of six camellias of j three distinct varieties, and a first for ; twelve varieties of anemones. F.
