LABELLED "URGENT." AN EXPLANATION.
(Received September 13, 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, 12th September. The Admiralty's consignments of Welsh coal to Scotland, Hull, N-ew-caetle, and other ports, were M'nt by rail instead of by ship, at 6s (?) a ton extra cost. Tho wagons were labdted "Urgent." It is represented that the Admiralty is merely experimenting in connection with rapid despatch.
