MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.
The Missions to Seamen held Its anniwary services yesterday, the church being prettily decorated for the occasion. Mr. f. S. Shell, the missioner, preached in the morning, taking for his text Psalm 126, verse 3, "The Liord hath done great things for usj whereof we at© flftd." The "lessons were read by Mr. C. P. Powels. the honorary secretary» and Me. J. S. Cummiugs. the honorary assistunt misfioiicf. The Rev. D. C. Bate* administered the Holy Communion at the close of the service. There wa* a l»r|e congregation present, in the evening, when Mr. Shell took his text from Exodus 14, verse IS. The lessons were f£ad by Mr. J. S. Cummings, and Mr, Newton s«ng the solo, "Dream of Paradise." Special hymns were sung, Mr. W. Gardner presiding at the organ.
