Oats have advanced, and sales have been made at as high as 2s 9£d for A grades ; enquiries are still very steady. Chaff has not responded to the advance in oats. Potatoes'appear to be about the cheapest produce on the market, prime lots attaining i) 3 per ton. In Sydney, at present, the same potatoes, if they Vero sdmitted, would realise £11 per ton. New potatoes are expected to be on salt at the end of September.
